{"id":4435,"date":"2023-11-10T10:51:29","date_gmt":"2023-11-10T03:51:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alittlebeasty.com\/?p=4435"},"modified":"2023-11-10T13:53:41","modified_gmt":"2023-11-10T06:53:41","slug":"resilience-is-the-key","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hoangthilinhchi.com\/?p=4435","title":{"rendered":"Resilience is the key!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I have just returned from an International Youth program in Bangkok, Thailand called The \ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde6\ud835\uddd8\ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde1 \ud835\udde6\ud835\uddd7\ud835\uddda\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddec\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude02\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf5 \ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddfd: \ud835\uddd8\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude04\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf4 \ud835\uddd4\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf3 \ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddf5\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff \ud835\udde6\ud835\uddd7\ud835\uddda\ud835\ude00. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet and greet with others youngsters from 12 different countries &#8211; cultures. And more importantly, I got the chance to learn from some great minds in Mahidol University &#8211; one of the oldest and most prestigious institute in Thailand. But you have to hold a roadmap in hand. That is what I\u2019ve been telling myself for years and years. Because I eventually understand that Resilience is the key to attain everything you ever wanted in your life.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Angela Duckworth\u2019s book, <em>Grit<\/em>, she has delivered a very powerful message: No matter our backgrounds or educational institution or family or how we were brought up, only one thing truly determines our success or failure in this life. There are many factors that can influence an individual&#8217;s resilience, including their upbringing, personality traits, relationships, and life experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One key difference between those who are resilient and those who crumble under pressure may be their perception of the situation. Resilient people tend to see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, while those who crumble tend to see them as insurmountable obstacles. Resilience is often a learned skill that can be developed with practice. It involves developing a positive mindset, building social support networks, taking care of your physical and mental health, and learning to effectively cope with stress and trauma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, anyone can become more resilient with the right tools and practices.
